Why only if they've ahd the surgery? A trans person is the gender they feel they are. I guarantee that a trans person, especially an MtF is like to be in far more danger, if forced to use a male restroom because they still have a penis, than any born female would be from them.

As if a man can't just walk into a women's bathroom and sexually assault someone anyway. They don't usually have security guards. Banning MtF trans people from entering women's bathrooms doesn't protect anyone and only marginalises a group of people who are already treated like shit by most of society.

Soundproof cubicles would be awesome too. Funnily enough toilet gender issues don't really happen round here in Stafford - in fact I've only met one person round here who wasn't male or female, and he was called Dave for most of the week, then KAren at weekends. Does seem to be one of those issues that metropolitan people care about, and those of us out in the sticks are going "You what now?".

This was my thought as well, he eats and sleeps here (normally on top of one of us), as we weren't sure who owned him (until Sunday at least) we even have insurance on him in case he needs any emergency vet bills. It's not like he has just started coming round either, he's been here for a year, and she's only just thought to ask where he is going....

It does in quite a lot of countries actually. Good luck trying to get through customs in a country in the middle east, or even America, the way it is going. But don't let that stop you being OUTRAGED that someone has pointed out the obvious flaw

I probably wasn't entirely clear (5 days in the sun playing golf and drinking means the ole grey matter is still waking up again) - it's something that only seems to happen in big cities, so us out here in the sticks don't really care, as it's not something we ever run into
