Considering the traffic and the amount of bikes, plus the cycling dodgems that goes on, I'm surprised it isn't five a day.

They've put a big new stretch of tarmac in beside a major trunk route near where I stay - it runs from Glasgow to Edinburgh - which allows cyclists to mirror the main trunk route in safety. Said trunk route is used by HGVs frequently to get onto the M8 as it links into various industrial estates in the area and it's still fucking used by cyclists. Throw in the traffic calming measures and the lorries have no way of passing them safely, so therefore the roads are regularly choked with 10mph HGVs.

The other two were using cycling lanes I believe, one for sure as it was just outside my work office in almost the same location as another cyclist was killed a few weeks back. I could literally look out the window and see the body on the street, the bike was completely pancaked. Nasty stuff.

Depends, mostly in plastic boxes if Chinese or metal trays with a cardboard lid if Indian...and yeah, home delivery, the nearest is about 5 miles away towards town.

Well yes, but if they were sensible enough to cycle on the right Road they'd be sensible enough to fuck the bike off and just jump in the car instead.
