On an equally random note I'm doing a heat pump course and found out today that some of the the domestic vertical holes are up to 1000ft deep!!, a fricking thousand foot hole next to your house to run the heating..I'd be waiting for waling to come out at night.

S from that can I ascertain that me owning my house and freehold means I own the land all the way down to the core?

I don't don't get me wrong, Milla Jovovich while shes was doing the Fifth Element, she'd get my Multipass - that's all i'm saying. Now? it would be like trying to separate deck chairs with my cock trying to shag her.

I have hiccups, and i'm blowing up balloons, so it's a vicious cycle of filling a balloon with my breath, and it going straight back into my face, over and over, and over, and over, again.

Before emailing my future landlord and sounding like a cheeky little dick, can someone who lived in (probably student only) rented houses tell me something...

I have a 9 month contract on the house, but the internet is in my hands, he's passing all the contracts and stuff to me (my choice might have been a bad idea now I look at it)

Thing is though, obviously with the interwebs its like 12-18 month contracts, would that mean I pay for all 12-18 months, or just the months that I am there for?

Yeah, that's the sort of stuff you should've sorted out when you agreed in the first place. Is it in your name?

It's going to be - All the other bills are in his name, because it's not bills included, but we pay for what we use if that makes sense, so we don't have to deal with the companies directly, but he suggested that we deal with the internet companies ourselves, because he pointed out that we would pick the internet package (or keep the one he's currently got) only difference is if there's an issue he has to deal with them, so I thought it would be better for it to have it in our name instead..

I think I'll email him and find out, I don't necessarily mind, it's just that I've found some good 18 month deals over 12 months, will see what he says.

You will have to pay for all 12 months if you have a 12 month contract.

My only advice is get the fastest internet you can. It gets absolutely kaned with six students in the house.

Emailed him anyway, just to see what he says, Tesco have a 1 month deal thing, I guess the best thing to do would be to ring Virgin (Who he's already with) and see if they can do a September to June contract for two years or some sort (Guess it wouldn't hurt to ask if they do a special student deal or something, seems a bit daft to lose customers because they're students..

You'll have to pay all 12 months, they won't lose customers, you'll just pay extra.

So I have ordered a new tv at richer sounds, but I'm still waiting for them to call and say it's there, it's not late or anything, they said it would be this week. I've not paid for it yet, but I have just been to Costco and it's £250 cheaper (£1050 instead of £1300)

Am I okay to call richer sounds and tell them I don't want it, I have not paid or signed anything, it's more I feel bad for them ordering it and then me not wanting it?

Ring them up and tell them you've just seen it at Costco for that price. It can't hurt and they might offer to match the price or throw in a freebie to convince you to buy it form them.

They will match the price and give you an extra ten percent off I believe.
