Shawshank is a brilliant movie. Braveheart is a giant pile of wank. There to serve the ego of Mel Gibson and nothing else.

Braveheart is a decent enough film so long as you consider it fantasy like Avatar, which also has blue people in it.

Except it's not fantasy. It's historically based. I just don't like it tbqfh. And I haven't liked Mel Gibson since the first couple of Lethal Weapon films. He got a bit shit after that imo.

Is Star Wars historic? - It's in a place far away and a long time ago, so you can't really argue.

Braveheart's one saving grace is the horse going over the cliff. Hilarious use of 'blatantly stuffed horse'

Yeah, its really not. Its history in the way Churchill:The Hollywood Years is history. But its an OK action movie.

@Scouse, forgot to tell you, found a house in Sneinton, it's like £60 a week without bills, but it seems like a pretty cool guy that owns 3 properties runs it himself, Do you know much about the area? - been to visit, seemed OK.

He just looks like a genuinely nice guy. There was a video doing the rounds last year of a tour bus with some Irish folk stopping outside his house and he came outside and had a conversation with them.

edit:

He's like the male Jennifer Lawrence, the whole internet seems to adore him.

Because he's a cool guy, he's pretty genuine, and a pretty smart person.
