Just scratch it up with a screwdriver then take a hammer to it and bend the disc, that's what I have done b4 now

A: she believes you, no harm, he comes off as a dick.

Not being funny, but I'm not about all this "she can be friends with who she likes". They can - to a point - and when that point is an ex who's spreading shit about you and trying to get back with her then she has a higher priority.

That priority is to show her respect and loyalty to you by telling this guy to go fuck himself.

You should never have to ask for that. It should just happen. In the same way - if an ex was trying it on with me and causing trouble in my relationship I'd publically tell her where to go - it's called protecting my current girlfriend, and she deserves it.

I'd also expect my current to trust my word that nothing was going on. But I wouldn't expect her to put up with it for any extended period of time - i.e. more than once.
