Aye, but it wasn't a derogatory term, it was the 'dole queue' where people waited for ages to get their pennies.Didn't know that "on the dole" saying was used as early as the 40s. Seemed like a rather new term.
Watching this video I am 99% sure I would be arrested at one of her concerts. I do not care how many security people there are I am going to try and bite her backside when she is swaying from side to side.
