Why do newspapers put parts of headlines in apostrophes?
As in Woman 'found dead' in Kashmir, it's almost as if they are saying 'yeah right, she's obviously pretending'.

I stumbled across an artist called Kago Shintarou, I'm not going to post anything because it's seriously disturbing stuff, but this guy has an epic imagination and drawing skill, I'd call it Hentai meets Akira.
I must warn you it's pretty extreme, but he does have a presence in main stream comics so it's not some underground crazy shit.

That's to indicate they are quoting a source (such as the police or a local newspaper). Obviously, in a title they can't put in "allegedly" or "According to police sources".

After I stopped calling him a poof for not trying to get in on the action he explained that he took several action photos before they noticed him watching and that he has told her to be out of the house by Tuesday or the pics end up on something called Submit your ex. I met this girl and I am hoping she does not move out in time
