A guy i give a lift home too sometimes had to seal off his back garden he normally ends up with at least 3 cars in the back garden every year. This snow has caused 4 so far this year. They never get near the house but he can't let his kids play in the garden when they could end up with a car landing one them. It is on a bend that gets hazardous as soon as it is wet or snowy or icy. The council will not drop the speed limit basically because no one has died and will not put up metal crash barriers in case they hurt motorists.
