What's it for? I've done a few "group discussions" at assessment centers over the years. They really are fucking terrible. Idiots think they need to talk non stop to impress whilst others (nearly always women) think they need to be overly aggressive and disagree with everything to impress the recruiters.

I've been voluntary working in a school for about 4 months now, but on my CV I may as well just say I smear my face in shit, because I've not got the ninja training to use a till.

To add to this, I applied for a job the other day, and I got a email back, because the guy couldn't find my qualifications, I told him where they were, and had a wee chat with him, eventually, he replied and was like I can't even give you a interview to your lack of experience, apart from all that, I'd employ you tomorrow.

I left it at that.

I couldn't be arsed to explain the logic that everyone told me the same thing.

Worked(intership style) 6 months for a company for no real pay(i made 1 euro per day more then i would've by sitting home watching porn) for a job that i had more then 5 years experience on at a higher level then it was(basically went from lead to monkey work), because they couldn't really afford to hire me at that point.

2 years later getting paid top dollar at same place.

Never happened to me but I make sure I export my library when i move PC's. If you forget to do that you are fucked it will wipe all music when it syncs a new library but it should have warned you.
