Then get a gadget that makes like a sonar sound (every few seconds) you hear in movies on submarines.

That would be quite amusing even if it didn't work!

Let's face it, we only truly want animals that are really impressive or cute to survive.

No, they do it because of basic instinct, the same way they have a routine when playing with a toy. They don't need to sneak up on a toy but they do. Cat's don't generally play with prey because a. It's pointless and b. they risk injury

Wrong again. Domestic cat's are very closely related to the African wild cat http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/African_wildcat they weren't bred to hunt, they just did. They were tolerated because they were good at it. They haven't been pets for very long at all, a few hundred years tops, not counting the Egyptians, but even their cat's weren't pets. The only real breeding is the show cats and that is for how they look, they still don't lose their hunting instincts though.

I have no idea but the times I have seen him catch something he always kills it swiftly.
wrong wrong and more wrong, cats are evil fuckers and they are the only animal other than humans (also evil fuckers) that hunt for fun rather than for food and will 'torture' their prey. Often letting it go before re-trapping it instantly.

Also cats have been domesticated for thousands of years, Eygpt is the main known one but it's also recored that Roman women kept cats as companions as well as most of the temples owning cats for pest control.

I've nothing against cats per say, other than I hate all animals that aren't penguins.......

I'd rather have a cat than a dog for the same reasons you've said, but there is no denying that they are right little cunts.

What would you say foxes are doing when they kill all the chickens in a coop gohan? So many experts here! You guys should do some wildlife programs.

trying to hug them but their claws are too long..... YOU KNOW NOTHING!!!!!!!

also if I did a wild life program it would be so much more interesting, it wouldn't be full of boring facts and animals would definatley be called cunts A LOT.

Going to a customer site tomorrow, staying in the area for about 10 days. Not got a car, but need to take a rucksack/suitcase and a laptop bag. Hotel won't be booked till tomorrow evening and I don't know if the customer will have a place for me to dump it all...

What should I do? Either I leave it here, then come back (3-4 hours here and back) after the gig then hit the hotel, or hope the customer will store it away for me? (Don't know how likely..)

Just take the stuff with you. Surely the customer won't mind a case or rucksack sitting in a corner somewhere!

I imagine they will put it somewhere for you. Behind reception, in your contacts office etc.

Most places are pretty accommodating for devs.

Solution to my issue. I have friends in MK. Going to pick my stuff up from me at 8am, then give it back at 6:30pm. Mean I get a coffee too and less faffing about all day.

MK

The first thing that springs to mind: Roundabouts

There must be more to MK than roundabouts...
