Sword fish is expensive to be fair, I paid £12 at tesco from the fresh fish counter for 3 steaks, probably about 300g each, and that was a year or two ago so sounds about right..... fucking loverly fish tho

shouldn't be tough or salty, it's a much meatier fish than most but it should have a simular texture to tuna steaks, the skin is very strong tasting but the rest of it is fairly mild.

I would still go to the BP, Indys don't last long and tanks are generally full of muck and fuel is not to such a high standard, as for supermarket petrol it's fine same stuff Statoil/Topaz use and treated with the same chemicals
