Probably true, but that doesn't mean he wasn't averse to grumbling amongst industry types. I've only met Miles 2-3 times and he certainly had some...forthright... views about Eidos over a few scoops in Soho House one night, and there were three of us sat drinking, and one of those three was a journalist. And this was a good while before the move to Sega. Let's put it this way, the largest games retailer and the largest games media owner in the UK both knew SI were going to split with Eidos months before it happened.
