Update on worksies;

Boss probably got scared about my "problem" with the contract, so offered me a temp contract with a months layoff time. So basically, i get the same benefits and such as a regular contract and they get what they want.

Overall, i get more pay and same benefits that i would've had if i had my regular contract and don't have to have a 6 month legal battle over it.

Also a 350€ bump in pay.
