The bossman has avoided making me a new contract for two months, now that i've received pay with no contract, Finnish law is applied and my contract is automatically full-time, with all benefits and the absolute impossibility to fire me without 6 months pay

So even without them actually deciding if i stay or not, now they can't fire me sso easily.

Oh now it gets better. The bossman just asked me to talk about the "continuation of my work". I pointed out that my contract is now fulltime, he huffed and puffed and went off to call legal.

Two scenarios really;

Without a good reason, i'll get 3-24 months pay for any firing(which they don't have ofcourse) and it's dependant on how well i could get a new job. Hmm, game industry, without any major degrees under my belt. Ding ding.

Or, they can offer me a better deal.

I was wondering what would be the most gloaty, appropriate picture to post.
