I cannot answer the question as it is law but I agree with it and have no issue with it as the rest of the Royal Family are treated the same as us. IC, CGT and IHT. Monarch to Monarch is no problem as they pay their dues via different methods and generate over a billion pounds in revenue for around 100 million, that is a good investment in my view.
