Perhaps not as awesome as the mighty Haribo Gold Bear, but still great with a cup of tea

That is how we shall defeat Putin. Cricket, tea, and chocolate biscuits. Catch him unawares. Pull his trousers down, give him the best of six and let him savour the taste of our British spunk.

I keep getting prompted to download and install Andrex Android 12.
Can you get a normal digital clock on the lockscreen (Android 10) or is the only available clock that new piece of crap ?

Go for it, I'll go back to yarrrrrrr.
The "in your house" bit has always been bullshit given you can watch Netflix on a mobile phone, the reality is people are paying per stream and Netflix just wants to gouge now the subscriber numbers have peaked.

That's why you can't get UltraHD and 1 stream, it's the same shit as Sky pull just online and we're supposed to feel sorry for them? Boo hoo...

Yeah, it's bollocks.

They lost customers for a variety of reasons, mainly because they timed a price hike at the exact wrong time.

Now they're going to push that loss onto their existing customers.

Fuck them.

Netflix content is rapidly going downhill as well imo. I use Amazon Prime + Disney+ a lot more than Netflix these days.

Netflix still wins when it comes to all the foreign content. Amazon frankly I just see as a free bonus since like myself I would take a guess most people would keep it just for the Prime Delivery and other perks. I'll give credit to Disney+, they have been producing some good content recently, but for now its still the high seas for them and everyone else.

Netflix only does the foreign content because it's cheap.

I'm not sure that is exactly true. The old back catalogues sure but because they were so successfully they are spending a lot on their own foreign language content. iirc hundreds of million of Korean stuff, it's one of their fastest growing markets, and they are said to be spending a fortune on the new show by the makers of Dark for example. I'm not aware of any of the other streaming sites doing similar.

I think that's more because the Disney market is western super hero stuff and Amazon are pulling out big bucks series.

I just think Netflix aren't even in nearly the same realm when it comes to cash to spend compared to those two.

Amazon is chock full of shit though?

To be fair, I only pay for amazon for the deliveries, so it's free. We skank Netflix off Tam's sister. If we lost either of them I wouldn't cry. I don't subscribe to anything else.

We get netflix as part of sky but neither of us watch it anymore, I can't remember the last time something good was on netflix. Same as amazon, it's all pretty mediocre but at least you get the delivery. Disney is pretty good atm.

Amazon are at least spending big. I've got high hopes for the new LoTR series. They spent loads on WoT but unfortunately it was shit. I don't actually watch loads of tv but I've been getting into Vikings on there, and the wife likes it for all the reality stuff. Looking forward to season 2 of Clarkson's Farm as well.

Yeah Clarkson and co was the biggest steal.

Getting the highest viewed stuff that isn't that expensive..

Amazon Prime in the USA is pretty decent now. There's a loads of movies from the 80s, 90s and early 2000s.
