Shows a fundamental misunderstanding of Crypto. I both work in a bank and hold crypto, so:

1) The distributed public ledger means you can keep, and read, personally, a log of every transaction ever made. So if your money goes somewhere, you'll know exactly where to.
2) Try reading the ledger of a bank. (They'll tell you to fuck off - and it's illegal for them to let you anyway). Bank ledgers can also be tampered with - and people won't know, because they're private.
3) Know Your Customer legislation is what banks comply with at the "front door" to understand who their customers are before they bank with them. Circumvent the KYC then the rest of your dealings are yours and the bank keeps them private.
4) If you onboard to a crypto platform and comply with KYC legislation then you have the same level of customer compliance as a bank - and a transparent, unfalsifiable tamper-proof ledger.
5) Crypto's aren't banks. The whole point is that there is no bank.

I could have been glib in my response to you - but that's how it works old bean.

Anyway:

So, trains are loss-making so the operators can hand them back?

Fuck that. Take the hit you cunts. Lose your businesses - that's business risk. You can't just say "oh, I'm not making a profit any more - lets just hand this back to the public so they can pay for it - but remember to give us a ring when it becomes profitable again eh?"

Oh. Turns out you can.

A number of them are. But bitcoin's mined with specialist hardware.

But anyway - look at it this way - graphics card development is getting pushed because miners want bigger/faster/more scalable/more energy efficient mining from their GPU's and are prepared to shell out big wonga.

Because of this nvidia and AMD are running balls out to grab that pie :)

Thats an epic level of denial, it cant happen because we have crypto and its against the law.

The banks strangely cant even trace your money one stage if scammers access it and are utterly disenterested in doing so.

Its going to happen...its just a matter of time and it will be one of the weapons of war and a weapon of control

The reddit liberal shitshow is all over this story because it involves their chief fap of canada.

Cops take seven gun rounds from close up and dont fire back.
'They were prepared to die to protect the 14 yr olds shooting at them.'

The province’s Special Investigation’s Unit has been called to investigate after two suspects claimed they suffered head injuries during the arrest.
Yes..yes..
Thats liberalism for you, they shot at the police and theres an investigation for head injuries.
The end game for this ideology will always be pain.

From the article, seeing as you haven't troubled yourself to actually read it.

“They understood there were women in there and young offenders,” said Ramer. “They definitely took some rounds very close to them but they are trained so well that they are not going to just starting unloading.

They showed restraint not only to protect the people they were engaged with but to also to ensure the safety of residents in neighbouring units “because sometimes the walls in apartment buildings are paper thin,” said Ramer.

When the dust settled, police entered the unit, arresting eight alleged offenders without firing a shot. Four of those taken into custody were under 16."

Are you upset that the police didn't turn it into a bloodbath...or? Baring in mind, one of those arrested was only 14 years old...better off mown down in a hail of police bullets? Yeah?

Moron.

I posted psrt of the article, it just amuses me that a vast part of liberal group think involves other people taking the bullets while they sit in their armchairs holding up scenarios to their chart of fantasy.

Job, nobody got shot. The only people that know about the situation are those that were there, all of whom are still alive because the police accessed the situation and didn't shoot back.

Perfect police work as far as nobody died goes.

As with any situation where firearms were involved, it will be reviewed afterwards. Sure the criminals have now claimed assault, which is being looked into, as it should be.

I really don't understand what your point is.

Let me see.
If you read the article you will have seen that older men were arrested and now everyone knows the police wont shoot back at 14yr olds, which is why the kids were doing the firing.
Easily led, dispensible and no personal consequences, plus a dead 14yr old is real bad publicity resulting in lighter sentences for the adults.

Thats why kids are used all over britain to run drugs and do hits, my friend who was in the game for a good bit said 15yr olds were the most dangerous out there.
They would stab someone in the neck for 50 quid.

So now every criminal in canada is going to give the guns to a child.

They wouldn't have know it was the kids shooting back, the only people to say it was kids with guns are the people at the newspaper.

The police stated “Occupants within the unit fired multiple rounds of gunfire at the officers,” said Toronto Police “The officers did not return fire.”

From the article (and I don't care to look further) at no point do the police say 14 year olds were shooting. All they knew was that young people were present in a very dangerous situation so backed off and diffused instead.

Perhaps they should have just airstriked the building?

Job, who is your internet provider? Time for us to stage an intervention and get it cut off for your own sanity I reckon.

Crypto is nothing to do with banks you fucking idiot

It's no wonder that you get called a fucking idiot so much - when someone goes to the trouble of explaining something to you very clearly and at length but you not only don't get it, but tell that person they're wrong before carrying on with the idiocy that prompted them to try to help you in the first place, you show everyone that you've a fundamentally broken brain.

Idiot may be harsh though. On the clinical scale I'd say you were an imbecile.

He doesn't want to understand it because he has his little predefined (woefully incorrect) opinion and won't ever be convinced otherwise, no matter how stupid it makes him look.

We know that crypto has nothing to do with banks, crypto does away with banks. No third party needed to provide trust, there's no place for banks in that scenario or if there is, in a completely separate sense (ie existing alongside with nothing to do with crypto).

My sister had one, she gets Merc leases stupidly cheap through her husbands work (he works for the F1 team) she hated it and gave it back early.

Though she is a shit driver...

Edit, also, those diamond cut alloys are horrible, I have them on my car and they look fucked after a couple of years. Someone said it was something to do with the chemicals in the detergent that affects them.
