Did you swallow it to catch a fly?

DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHY??!!

I think the real question here is whether it is wriggling and jiggling and tickling inside him, is it not?

S America nations to meet over Amazon crisis

"The French government called me a liar," he said, according to Reuters news agency. "Only after it has recanted what it said about me ... and the Brazilian people, who do not accept this diminution of the Amazon's sovereignty ... then we can talk again."

Populism.

Their Government offended ME so therefore I'm willing for my entire country to burn to embers in order to save my reputation.

I think it's more of his attitude of I don't care, and I don't want help because you're all mean to me.

However as @Job pointed out the fires in the Amazon this year aren't especially noteable in historic terms - in fact the burn area has been much higher in recent years. However in those recent years Brazil had a socialist government, so no one cared. Now they have a populist government (god that terms a load of old bollocks) everyone is losing their minds, over something that happens every year.

But the other fires were the same at this time of year and progressively get worse.

With the Government giving everyone the go ahead to burn down more forest for farms, I think it'll get worse by the time the year is out.

The Socialist government cooperated with global groups in order to help the rainforest, this Government has clearly said it doesn't give a shit and they should exploit it in order to improve their economy.

I guess we'll wait and see :)

Yay.
Londoners pushing up house prices in small villages and then complaining about tractors.

You never move back because you can't. I kept property in London for years because I knew if I left I would never be able to afford to return, and i was entirely correct, even with Brexit and a collapsed Pound.

Yes it is undoubtedly a factor if you wanted to move back but many don't for a variety of reasons.

Problem is for lots of industries, London will always be the place where most of the work is; even when you leave you find yourself being drawn back there. Sure, you can commute, but that's increasingly horrible.

Commuting into london Ick. Had to do it occasionally and everyone looked brain dead and hating it on the train. The underground was even worse.

Had a lucky escape nearly got a job in the city once.

Cornwall is much nicer :)

The vast majority of people who commute into London are ripe to lose their jobs to automation.

Its a service sector, they will be decimated by machine learning.

You aren't likely to leave in that case, or least stay fairly close.
