Fucking lol. Met a friends friend, she's from a smaller village down south where they many years ago abandoned a power-plant. It's a well known one and that's really the only landmark and really the only thing they are known for. So, of course i mentioned it and there was some tension instantly. So i was like, what's the deal with that? She changed the subject right away. ALSO, her mother here and met her, so, of course i had to touch the same subject, and like magic, she mumbled something in a sad manner. It was over 10 years ago, get over it!!

Unfortunately not. You'll have to make do with the other tits.
Yeah, apparently it's like another small town where an IKEA was scrapped, and they don't want to talk about it as jobs and chances to put the place on the map, were botched. They do get very defensive about it.

In fairness, no one wants to admit they live near Barsebäckværket. They'll have kids with 3 eyes and all that. Or they'll admit to living in Malmo. The locals can't quite decide what's worse.

That was quiet noticeable. But i mean, they should get over it. Do you live or have lived around there?

Barsebäck mate

Grew up in Copenhagen. Seem to recall us having some "what to do" classes in school, in case of problems at the plant.

I like the pressure marks on his hands after trudoe or the french guy had a hand shake with him.

I know he likes to squeeze in them. They are getting their own back on him. Lol

I like the fact that Trudeau who is 6’2 towers over Trump in the photos. Trump claims to be 6’3 :)

It's not a "second" later as there's a whole delegation not even in the picture any more.

If anything, having that original at the meeting speaks volumes - these kind of events are usually very formal and issues are dealt behind closed doors whilst everyone on the surface looks happy.

Not anymore it appears.

Bloody hell, you're a moron @Job. You'll leap to poor innocent Trump's defence no matter how stupid it makes you look.

I don't think anyone is suggesting that the expressions worn by the people in the original image were set in stone and that they couldn't possibly change for a second photo taken at least half a minute later. The image is provocative, which is why it spread like wildfire on social media. People originally thought it was a photoshop because there's so much going on and some of the expressions are so perfect, with Trump sitting there looking like a stubborn child and Merkel towering over him.

Im not leaping to Trumps defence..Im just pointing out how easy it is to be manipulated by agenda driven imagery that reinforces your position.
Every single picture of Trump in every single media outlet is chosen to portray the impression he constantly pulls strange faces...is endlessly grumpy and always at odds with other people in the frame.
Its not about Trump, its about media manipulation of personality.
The problem is they can and do it to people who dont deserve it...and this brainwashing eats into even the most intelligent minds.
If you asked anyone in Britain to describe Trump..90% of them would base it on biased reporting and cherry picked images.
Whatever your political leaning, its very bad for the truth and the media needs a big stick taking to it.

It went viral due to social media. People shared it. Not ‘mainstream media’.

The imagery only works because it reinforces the message he gives through what he says and does

Taking a big stick to media for not telling the truth? What truth and how do you know about it? Enlighten us @Job

It was released with the others by the EU to the press as a part of their proaganda...the media chose the one they knew they would.
