They should have moved on after she voluntarily submitted to the breath test - which she also didn't legally need to comply with, but did.

She had kept her cool, and complied with the request to be breathalysed, which she didn't legally have to do. The cops should then have fucked off and left her well alone.

She didn't need to give her name, the cops had no legal basis for requiring it, THEY were in the wrong.

We should not just "OBEY" because: cops. A life where you have to obey just because the police want you to is a fucking police state. Fuck that. There are rules set down for police, and they should fucking well follow them, rather than arresting and beating people because they don't comply with their every whim.

The presence of arsehole cops resulted in a beating and arrest of someone who wasn't breaking any laws. That's why we have rules - and cops should follow them to the letter, not overstep the mark.

There was alcohol on the beach without a person over 21 to own it, she said something about her aunt which could have been true or not they needed to know. Otheriwse she was a minor with alcohol. Even though she hadnt drunk it. Which in america is an offence.

I'm seriously starting to believe someone is cloning utter fuckwits and releasing them into society.
We're at a nearby pub by the beach at the weekend and a woman and her husband walk into the beer garden with three French bulldogs who are practically dead from the heat, they collapsed, panting at the limit a dog can do.
They proceed to tie them up in the sun..about 10ft from a bowl of water they cant reach and go inside for a drink.
Everyones looking and commenting..so the bowl gets moved by someone and the dogs then get moved into the shade.
They come out and dont even register that the dogs have moved and didnt even look at them.
Eventually the manager goes over to have a word..the entire beer garden is listening, they reply..'theyre fine..look at them'.
I would have gladly watched the crowd beat them with sticks.
