Rather than just saying i dont like that and moving on its fire and brimstone at the smallest things.

For me its more that people feeling they need to show some sort of emotion about <whatever> or miss out. And people that don't show the carefully constructed emotion about it might as well be guilty of it too. Not that anyone actually does anything, they just move onto the next thing.
