The "state of Israel" itself is not secular, it's officially a "Jewish State" - regardless of the mix of beliefs it's population holds (or not).

Some nobbler on a motor bike came up behind me flashing me to move over from the tamar bridge toll. He was twos up. I was over taking people so ignored him.

He came up my inside between cars and then proceeded to taunt me by slowing down to make me over take him and roaring on the throttle again. Well after a bit he zoomed off into the distance.

I took my turn off the carriage way about five miles later and low and behold him and his mate stood at the side of the slip road looking at the bike in disgust. Haha. Cant have kept his bike in good order and had broken down.
