I didnt factor in tax because tax credits sorta balance out around that wage.
But..no..a months work should let you have more cash to spend than 12 quid a day..and thats for everything..clothes..phone..tv..holidays (you cant afford one)...birthdays...emergencies.
You are better off on the dole.
If you pay people more they will spend it and help the economy..the poor dont syphon cash into foreign bank accounts or set up tax evasions.

Buuut theres at least 30 days in most months so 250/30 so thats a bit over 8 quid a day for everything not on that list like toilet paper, bus fare to get to work
