Is your mums will giving everything to him?Anyone ever contested a will......
Thats an interesting change of pace from the post before yours. LolStarted watching Ballers with the Rock, it is totally my slaphead, bodybuilder mate who runs nightclubs and bangs endless bimbos.
Not yet... but he's asked for my solicitor's name so he can forward the will!! The man is a total moron. Is your mums will giving everything to him?
Never done it. But ithink there are grounds if all the direct family are cut out in favour of a partner of not so many years.
Your mum died now?
Keep strong![]()
So you havent seen the will yet.Not yet... but he's asked for my solicitor's name so he can forward the will!! The man is a total moron.
I think she's left everything to my cousin who I've met once as opposed to me and my children. I want the solicitor to see if it's legal, cos if it isn't I'm an only child.....So you havent seen the will yet.
I would get him to send it to you to see if theres anything you disagree with first. You really dont need to get solicitors involved unless you disagree.
Thats fine but take it to your solicitor. Why get him to send it to them?I think she's left everything to my cousin who I've met once as opposed to me and my children. I want the solicitor to see if it's legal, cos if it isn't I'm an only child.....
In before facepalms
I don't really care as it's not much. I'm just being bloody minded and will make it as difficult as possible. Hell hath no fury etc etcThats fine but take it to your solicitor. Why get him to send it to them?
As long as she was in spund mind when making the will i think its legally sound. Unless you want to spend all your money arguing it. My gran made changes to her will while she was in the early stages of dementia that favoured ky cpusin over me and my brother cause he was an only child and we were brothers.
Couldnt be arsed to argue it after everything was worked out.
My other side my dads mum made a promise on my dads death bed that we would be treated as direct descendants etc. When she died all the money went to my cousins daughters of my dads sister. As his sister was executor.
Given up caring. Make your own way in the world unless you are looking at hundreds of thousands. Its really not worth it.

An executor puts the will into practice. But could be a benefactor as well. I dont see a confusion in that.Funnily enough my mother was writing a new will on a standard form...I mean ffs, they couldn't make it more ambigous and confusing if they tried.
Sections start off clear and then trail off in their exact meanings, they duplicate statements with subtle overlapping differences, there is no clear distinction between executor and benefactor.
The fuckers do this so you have to go to a solicitor for help..first against the fucking wall, the lot of them..legalised shysters.
You won't be raging against the person who's scorned you though - you'll be raging against people who didn't make your mum's choices.I don't really care as it's not much. I'm just being bloody minded and will make it as difficult as possible. Hell hath no fury etc etc
I know, but the wording goes woolly on that section, it says the benefactors job is to pay, debts taxes and then to distribute the remainder to the benificeries, so you are distributing to yourself, which comes across a bit dodgy. An executor puts the will into practice. But could be a benefactor as well. I dont see a confusion in that.
Glad you had something posative. A little more time and it will just be memories.OMG my boys won the French Top XIV final in Barcelona. Wow wow wow. But because of what's going on here I couldn't be there...
Did anyone see Oscar Pistorius his 'oscar' winning performance on itv last night, what the living fuck was that...just frickin awful, an utter disgrace to her memory, the SA's really need to rethink their court policy.
