When asked afterwards why she got out in front of them she said "I saw them and thought: No nazis should be allowed to walk here". Interfering with a demonstration is imo an interfering of freedom of speech

It depends what the demonstration is. If, for example, she was a homophobe at a LBGT rally I'd agree, but this is like counter-protesting against those pricks who picket soldiers' funerals or something.

It's the easy to go to way of conveying your message instead of properly debating the issue. To call a whole group of on being a specific type of -ist, and hiding behind your own -ism to condone and justify your viewpoint and claim on the issue. Why can't you stand behind your view without relating to a certain party, and without shouting leftie, righty, racist etc etc. I swear, this mob mentality..

She obviously relate to #BlackLivesMatter, and instantly judge them as opponents of sorts. (Not condoning any type of mob just to be clear)

An example here in Sweden is the type of people that relate themselves to Feminists, and think of themselves as oppressed by the 'patriarchy', while Sweden being one of the least oppressing countries in the world, over the board. Yes, it's a little "Think of the starving children in Africa" argument from me, but what the hell.

But to be extremely crass, on a Toht level, everyone should blend in to society to be able to function as a part of it to be able to benefit. If a large demography of asylum seekers can't get laid, they won't be able to assimilate and work properly, there will be segregation.

Oh ffs. If you wander about espousing a platform that is explicitly "neo-nazi" you deserve absolutely everything you get. You don't need the "the right to free speech" because you've already said "I am a racist cunt" in the title. The idea that all views should be allowed equal airing is absurd; we already had that argument 70 years ago and the answer was "you're wrong". We don't need to tolerate Nazis in the same way we don't need to tolerate Someone who espouses slavery or human sacrifice; the debate is done.

Apple Stole My Music. No, Seriously.

That's poor even by their standards.

Reading the article it states that Apple can't be sued for that what whatever blah blah legalmumbojumbo reason. Basically saying that if our software fucks up your computer, too bad.

I find it hard to see how that can be the case in real terms. Apple music scans your hard drive, uploads your songs and deletes the originals. I can't think of a single way that wouldn't have been deliberately coded in.

Besides that, surely there are legal consequences here. If someone accesses your computer, "Steals" your music and then deletes the originals. That's illegal. At the very least it comes under the computer misuse act. Also, I'd like to see where in the T&C's it states that the application will or may do any such thing. I don't believe for a second that this issue didn't crop up during testing, so if Apple don't warn their users that this is a possible outcome of using the software, are they not liable for misrepresentation and/or misselling of the product?

Edit: It's almost 4am and my brain is fried so my terminology may be a little off. Hopefully you get the gist though.
