Only if you look at the atmosphere. The oceans are warming up quite quickly. And considering that it takes a hell of a lot more energy to warm water than air, it's cause for concern.

That second study didn't half make me laugh. Satellite measurements (the most accurate we have) find no change in surface temperature, but if we adjust some historical data to make everything look a bit cooler in the past - hey presto, everything's getting warmer. If you can't see the issue with this, I really don't think you understand how science is supposed to work. That study was also quite widely debunked the day after it was published, which to me suggests a few holes in it.
Mind you the 97% consensus idea has been systematically taken apart several times, yet The Guardian are still using that particularly dodgy bit of statistical manipulation, so obviously this has very little to do with figuring out what's actually happening any more.
