Wtf you talking about scpuse bloke. I was watching cbbc and you were stealing car tyres ;)

I like nightmare on itv too. But grange hill was the best.

The adventure game with the talking cheese plant and battle of the planets. Maybe also thundercats.

But scouse was reading biochemical texts by the time he was five so has never been normal ;)

None of the cartoons were peer reviewed for accuracy. Lol

Oh god, yes The Adventure Game

Some BBC exec said 'so we've got this home computer, lets see if we can make a TV show using the graphics package'

I had nothing but nostalgic love for Deputy Dawg, then I actually watched one a couple of years ago. Oh dear, it has not aged well.

Now I'm thinking about Wicked Willie, which our English teacher always used to put on at the end of term when there was nothing else to do.... Yeah he was... inappropriate.

I've had suspicions about him over the years, he always used to have his "favourites".

Oh god, truely inappropriate for school environment.

Great absolutely mindnumbingly relaxing half a weekend behind me. Went to bros house, went to see finnish wrestling(basically wwe with a smaller crowd tbh, fun stuff) with friends. Back to bros, drinks, sauna, jacuzzi. Good stuff.

Had my "perfect moment" when my brother and his GF were in sauna i was just sitting in the living room, dog sleeping at my feet, drinking ginger joe and listening to this;

I loved Battle of the Planets, but I must say that I don't know half the stuff some of you are posting about. I can only assume that I missed them by a few years

LOL. I was sat reading this thread on my phone this morning, and wondering when someone was going to mention "that terrible Japanese thing with the goofy bird helmets and that fucking annoying robot". That's what comes of being about 10 years older than most people on here, I have a very jaundiced view of all those '80s cartoons; I used to get in from work when I was in my late teens and I was in lodgings with a family with a very young son so this stuff was always on. I thought almost all of it was terrible, and nothing has really convinced me to revise my opinion. And it wasn't because I wasn't interested in geek stuff; I still used to buy my 2000AD every week (in fact I did that until I was 40!), I just genuinely didn't think they were very good.
