I can only imagine the uproar from the photography types if these two got nicked. While I think they are scum and she at least lose their phones they have done nothing wrong so anything happening would cause a shit storm.

Well they've just knocked back a specific revenge porn law..but I really think if filming someone having a seizure for entertainment and not assisting was presented to disability lawyers an angle could be found for prosecution.

Non assistance is an offence in many European countries and I'm confused how it's not European law by default.

I really doubt they could. Non-assistance isn't on the statute books in the UK and other Anglophone countries because we use the common law system, which would make such a law fraught with difficulties (since new legal precedents can open up cans of worms where you could be prosecuted for not going into a burning building for example, if a judge has previously made that a ruling). In codified countries its much easier to set the bounds of what non-assistance means, and even then its not that common.

As for the "filming for entertainment" bit; you'd probably have difficulty with prosecuting for the filming itself (public place etc.) but you might have a case against for the distribution of the video, but that would depend on any commentary that went with it rather than the film itself (if you posted it with no comment at all its impossible to prove the intent of the poster).

I'm not saying these two aren't the worst kind of scumbags, but saying "we need a law" is rarely the answer. When they're found the court of public opinion will crucify the fuckers anyway.

Takeaway delivery drivers talking themselves out of a tip. Hands food over and asks, "did you pay the delivery charge"? knowing full well it is charged automatically on Just Eat. Said yes and put his £2 coin tip back in my pocket. Cunt.

We had that on Wednesday. Answered the door told the delivery driver he was 45 minutes late he said "Well we are busy" then mumbled tight cunts as he was walking away. Complaints were made but Just Eat sorted it all so was pleased in the end.
