well, i can see abit of it from willers view if you're totally new to the game, no idea of how to do things and such. He probably didn't want to seem newbish and therefore didn't ask what BG was etc. But he deffo went too far...

and i admire your patience (you probably need that leading alot of raids and such) but i also feel sorry for Willer
