noone else is involved, its Willer that is responsible for he's own actions, not he's officers or GM. I dont hold anything against other members of BB, this is a thing between me and Willer and told me that had he posted flames somewhere (if they exist) so this was my response.

same thing happend to me whit scepter enc 3 days ago.. was standing waiting for group, group of Tiwaz arrive whit boat run in to the cirkle and start enc. not even offering me the enc.
Didnt care that much but worth to mention now when it came up.

When we started the enc he ranned past us saying "how nice" or smtng like that. Well me and Ketor lead that grp and if u would have told us that u waited for ur guild and wanted the enc we would have left it for u/asked if u wanted to share the enc and roll for the drops but since u didnt say anything we thought u were afk and in also the mob wasnt pulled and there was no grp buffing up so we did nothing wrong there.

One can create a battlegroup for the encounter while fighting you know, and I would have done so for anyone that needed the encounter (and I have). You didn't give me a chance to create that battlegroup, instead you just assumed the worst and started the namecalling.
Also you neglected to mention your attempt to mess up the encounter by putting your pet on it (before I had finished creating a BG), and your attempt to run off with the artifact even though you stated you only needed the encounter.

People go by what CoC says, Who ever "Pulls" mob 1st gets the encounter... But there must be something in CoC that says Think of other people who may be in the area, These people may want the Encounter/Artifact aswell.

Ok, so maybe you didn't intend to run off with it, but you intended to keep the artifact until I agreed to lotto for it. I had already made clear beforehand that you wouldn't be. Several reasons. First of all, I arrived at Ylyssan before you did and I pulled first as well. I needed the artifact for one of my characters. I believe that covers the part of me not wanting to roll for something I can take legitimately.

Secondly, as I briefly mentioned part of the reason I was killing Ylyssan was because I wanted to kill him 'solo' for fun. Not because I don't want anyone else to get credit for the encounter. However, this might have taken a little while to explain (that people could join my BG but not fight unless something went wrong) and groups always come running on the queue of the broadcast message. Therefore, under the motto "Shoot first, ask questions later" I pulled Ylyssan, after which I intended to find out if anyone else present needed credit.

Before I had the chance you were yelling at me and setting your pet on my mob to mess up the encounter. So without getting into a big discussion while fighting this guy, I invited my buffbot to a new battlegroup, set loot rules for everything to go to me, said you could join for encounter (encounter being a keyword here) and started inviting people I could see on my screen.

1 second after you join, you state that you're rolling for the artifact as well, even though you wanted to join for the encounter only. You managed to talk to the NPC before I did and Maddening Scalars doesn't follow loot rules (I learned that that day)...

Yes I agree I didnt want the Arti, I only wanted Encounter, But my Argumant is .. Why did you just go ahead and Pull mob, At the time I was talking to someone else there (cant remember name) Who wanted to make a grp, I also told this person that I only wanted Encounter, But you came along and didnt even say, Shall we make a grp ? Post all you want, nothing is removed from in between those lines I posted. I omitted the end of the conversation since it doesn't contain any new information, just more bickering. It doesn't make any difference. You were the one being greedy, not I.
Being greedy is defined as wanting more than you need. As for other people that might have needed the artifact, they all arrived after I did. Heaven forbid they get their artifact after me as well.
