I just received another rep point. Its grey? It hasn't counted towards my total of rep points (15), it should make it 16.

I thought you could only give positive reputation? Whats with this neutral/negative rep I have recieved?

So older and more respected (rep) wise a member is the more they can influence others reputations. Cool system
