I can't think of anyone else who could replace Cahill ... well Richards could but he didn't want to be on the stand-by list (he shouldn't be.. he should have been in the first squad announced..)... and Ferdinand is a no no due to Terry :/

I seriously don't hope for any Dutch fans that they actually expect any thing like that. (even though it did give me a good laugh)
No dout they're favorits, but it would be a sensation if Denmark were to loose with 4 goals.

It will be easier to win the trophy, than to advance through that group.
But people still (as usual) underestimate Denmark. I dont see Denmark as the weakest team in that group.
imho that would be Portugal. And none of those teams are unbeatable for a danish team at it's best.
Kidding aside though I expect soemthing along the line of a 2-0 or 2-1 defeat to Holland, but a draw is also not unlikely
depends on how the game progesses, and how much Holland are willing to risk if it's still 0-0 after 75-80 mins. If they go all out
they could end up loosing 0-1 to Denmark, but somehow I dont think they'd be that stupid. so Denmarks chances imo lye with an early
gaol, which would put preasure on Holland which in turn would leave open doors at the back to sneak in a second.
Portugal v Denmark will be interesting. but for Portugal it all seems to depend on the performance of a select few (Nani & Ronaldo) and Pepe not having any melt downs.
As for Germany, who knows tbh. depends if they've done their job prior to the Denmark match, but even a B-side german team is a force to be feared by Denmark and
tbh reserves will have more insentive and more to play for and thus be more agressive then the starting 11. so dono what to make of it.
But anyway the team i think we're most likely to draw is Holland, the Team we're most likely to beat is Portugal and the Team we're most likely to loose to is Germany.
