well that was an improvement on the first match which is what tournaments are all about, apart from 2 shocking free kicks (which we normally defend well). still need to work on keeping the ball.

thought young had a shocker, really wasnt on his game at all tonight.

cole solid again, johnson had his best game in an england shirt for a while.

gerrard was good apart from nicking a tap in from the ox at the end of the game the greedy bastard.

After a horrendously game versus the Ukrainians, this was some game. Our fucking defense on the last two goals were seriously lacking. Atleast we both offered an open game.
