Tonight whilst watching the Jubilee Concert I was really quite impressed with the bloke that sung Bohemiam Rhapsody...
Question is, any one know who it was?

I am British, ffs. I'm proud...
HIP! HIP!...
Great artists, great performances, but disappointed by some of the song selections. For example, Bohemian Rhapsody is musically a terrific song, but is featuring lyrics like "Beelzebub has a demon set aside for me" promeniently (twice) on such a night appropriate?

Some impressive pictures starting to filter through - no doubt more over the next few days. This tiny one from CNN.

LOL ... this looks EXACTLY like Ghostbusters 2 when that Museum is covered in that goo ... and the guy in the picture has stolen the baby and is about to perform that ritual with the candles ...
Yeah but we know about your school, FuROf. You told us. It has its own morgue, ffs. I wouldn't be surprised if the Queen visited personally to muck in with the washing up. I imagine your school has a Golden Jubilee Hall which has lain dormant since 1346 for just such an occasion.Originally posted by FuROf knight

Guess who's school is the only school to be taking part in the jubilee celebrations, And who's senior grecian and deputy grecian (two people on my year who help run the school) are at the banquet

pretty sure that the guy singing boh rapsody is the lead in the new queen-based musical (written by ben elton!? :S) and the scruffy looking people on the other end of the stage were as well
