Alan Sugar FFS! Everything he made was utter shite and he must have lost investors freakin millions and that means we eventually ended up paying for all his crap ideas, he made his money from real estate which was just lucky.

It would be funny if the behaviour of the contestants was some kind of parody,
but unfortunately that's exactly how it works, a load of six year olds fighting
in the playground,

One of my staff went on the Irish version (which is like the Lidl edition), she's a nice girl so I can see how a lot of it is in the edit, (because she came across as quite the hard-faced bitch - got kicked out at the interview stage), but I did take the piss out of her for doing it (she just wanted the 100K, simple as that).

Mind you, she now works for PaddyPower so the capacity for evil was obviously always there

Yep Jim seems like the man, Melody is hawt but nuts and the rest of them are pretty shite tbh. I am sure I will want to brutally murder Edna in a few more weeks.

Melody does that whole shaking of the head thing while talking, that really bugs me. And so does her voice

Edna is a knob too, ruling the team with an iron rod doesnt work

I only watched last the 'app' episode and I thought Jim was good and also the boys team leader seemed to have the best management style to me. The boys team had the best app, the best team work, the best presentation and they failed (and the best team leader I have seen got sacked?) WTF

The boys team leader did not get sacked, the estate agent bloke did. As for having the best management style, he was awful, as a team they worked well, but he didn't lead. He totally missed the target audience and thus lost the task to a very bad girls team - but one that understood the goal of the task

But I still thought he managed them well, used their strengths and he did lead - just in a less 'in your face Rahhhhhh' way!

He was an ok manager, but his weakness in the board room was terrible. He should've been fired for that alone.

Yes you can - he's the team leader, he had final say. Sugar should have sacked him, just for letting the travesty of a women's team win.

I don't believe that all blame should like solely with the manager, difference of opinion. I understand that that's how it generally works in the real world, but also in the real world, if a manager gets a bollocking for a bad decision he can then pass the bollocking on to the person that made the mistake, which is almost what happened here except the wrong person got fired.
