let's keep all the "new marketplace stuff" posts in one thread I'll start

- there's a new Tomb raider demo coming out tonight + a free theme (rumour)
I tried the PC demo of it, and it really suprised me. Much better than the older ones (except the 1st ofc )

Nice one, I will keep an eye open for that demo. Still waiting on the Top Spin 2 and Far Cry demo's as well, reluctant to buy before I try.

I am staying far far away from Tomb Raider the series really has turned into complete crap.. the first 2-3 were great.. after that it was just a bad money milking session and the games just got worse and worse. Heck ya know i don't mind the Need for Speed/Burnout series atleast they are fun and the games are pretty polished.

PLUS its a port so its going to have HD only and a few light effects to make it look next gen when really it isn't.


Topspin isn't on my list either.

So its pretty much a quiet couple of months now which is good because i can finally catch up on games

I do admit I've taken great advantage of being able to download demo's, must of downloaded every demo so far.

btw, Condemned is at 29.99£ on play.com. Dunno if it's old news

The reviews are saying the new TR game is somewhat of a return to form, can't hurt to give the demo a look.

I played the demo, surprisingly I did enjoy it.

Problem is, I've heard it is rather short so am not sure if I should buy it.
