they aren't African, they are French.

They may be politicised, however France has a rising right-wing and there's always been a degree of resentment to people from the colonies in France, the UK are massively more accepting.

Then you see the types of people that Football attracts, it's still an important message, a message that should be more obvious in Football - rather than just taking photos infront of a banner at the start of the match.
