Carried by Suarez for a season, still commanding a big wage and just taking big breaks for knocks. Guy is a tit as well which doesn't help.

Can't see Porto doing anything but attack. We may defend well, but any fouls near our area will expose our weakest side - defending from set pieces. I've never seen such a leaky liverpool defence.

On the other hand, we may put a couple past 'em. But we tend to need to hold on to the ball to carry any threat. Can's also disqualified so....

Yup. I feel like we've been here before. I mean they deserve it and it'll be great for them (to recoup some of the cost of that pitch for a start) but ffs I wish we could put games against stubborn opponents from lower leagues to bed.

Well on paper you guys should of had one of the easiest routes towards the later stages, however typical FA Cup you seem to be having trouble.

And conversely we had (on paper) one of the toughest CL groups and came out with the highest points total of any team. It's frustrating but we have a fully fit squad now so it'll give the players on the periphery another chance to play. And playing the replay between Palace and Huddersfield isn't quite as worrying as between Liverpool and Arsenal was.

It sounds like the #37 blocking the free kick had been instructed to get sent off by his manager so that the match would be abandoned. All other explanations lead to him being a complete moron.
