The thing is most of our hardcore hooligans are sat at home because our police confiscate their passports before England play. Unlike Russia by the looks of it who have their bottom feeders out in full force.

Hardcore thugs are on watchlists, although to be honest I can't remember the last time I was asked for my passport at a ferry terminal, coming in or going out.

I had to show passports going in and out of france on a ferry. Its different from ireland to england than it is the rest of europe. Didnt have to go through customs and such flying back from ulster.

My cousin had to show up at his local station with his passport on the day of the game and he was hardly hardcore just a stupid kid. I wonder if you have to do it within x hours of the game given it is only in France.

You wouldn't have to from Ulster (Northern Ireland) in the same way you wouldn't have to from Scotland.
