No cause the keeper is behind play. There needs to be two people between the goal and you. Usually it's the keeper. Plus one defender. Only reason this isn't offside is cause the pass was in their own half.Even if it wasn't in your half, the defender is playing him onside by about 5 yards.
Actually, it turns out there's some second-to-last-man rule (it came in in 1990 and I genuinely had no idea it existed - page 37 of this pdf) that means that, had Vertonghen been in their half when the ball was passed with only that one defender ahead of him he WOULD have been offside because Pantilimon had gone up for the previous set piece. I never knew there were 2 players on the other team taken into account for it to be offside because the keeper is always taken for granted in that situation.
ANYWAY, all of that is moot because it happened in our half. If that had been a game-deciding goal ruled out then Chris Hoy would've been getting hell on twitter tonight!
easy, get Abu Dhabi Investment company to contract him say he is going to New York them loan him permanently to Shitty! Massive feeling of deja vu hereRumours of 480 mil Man City deal for Messi. Firstly he isn't worth that, nobody is. Secondly, how the fuck would that play with FFP rules?
Don't ruin my troll.
But in all honesty he's playing really well at WH in the CAM role.
He would need to get some different flags sourced.
Time travelling scousers nicking handed-out flags before the game's even started. Why? Have the travelling Liverpool fans nicked them all again?
If Birmingham was the capitol instead of London, most of those London sold shirts would be sold in Birmingham.
The only interesting part of that article is the Chelsea shirt sales to Africa.
