I think we gave chelski a good game there to be fair, was disappointed with the lack of away fans, thought Chelsea had a good fan base..

Any news on the dude Cech decked?

Ehhh, sounded like the Chelsea fans outsung the Derby fans for more or less the entire 90mins. Actually sounded like a really good atmosphere for a League Cup game, particularly enjoyed:
Chelsea fans "we pay your benefits"
replied to by the Derby fans with "we built your aeroplanes"

10/10.

Right card, wrong person. Goalie should have gone for handling outside the area.
He wasn't out of the area though from what I saw.

I was there, although the Chelsea fans were in a corner to my left, so probably had a couple of thousand of bodies blocking their noise.

I can't believe they got John Terry to react, haha

I've never been to Stamford Bridge, so I can't judge Chelsea, but I've been to the Emirates to see Derby a few years ago, and my god, it was awful, I mean, I'm sure the big clubs have their dedicated fans and such, but when it's such a huge ground full of tourists and rich people trying to close deals, it's just sad.

I have only been to Stamford Bridge once and it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be to be fair but it is pretty quiet and the songs are boring.

Whenever I go to home games the atmosphere is great IF you sit in the right area (which I do, thankfully) but the East and West stands (along the pitch sideways) the atmosphere is awful because it's just full of tourists. The modern football dilemma - money vs. proper fans. Chelsea's away support is some of the best in the premier league, whenever I'm able to afford away trips it's fantastic. Sadly that's not often. I get more out of paying for Sky Sports these days to watch Chelsea than I would paying for tickets. It's sad, going to the football is something I used to do almost every weekend. Now I go to probably less than 10 games a season. Bleurgh.

It's pretty much the same reason my dad only goes to England away games, because otherwise it's full of tourists, and it's rubbish.

You get moaned at for singing.

Its the same in the lower leagues too, Northampton struggle to fill their stadium and they are talking about extending it. I prefer going to see Saints play anyway. We are a rugby town so its no surprise nobody is interested in watching a bunch of lazy arseholes fail to string two passes together.

Interesting fact, nearly the entire team were made available for loan, not a single enquiry.

Only song I can recall Chelsea singing last night was 'We're top of the league', zzzzzz.

It tickles me that a Chelsea fan posts that after their performance against Hull... :)

Why? It's a funny site.

If you posted about a team winning something I wouldn't say anything just because you're a Tottenham fan.

So Garcia has now resigned following FIFA rejecting his complaint about the document written summarising his own report.

Yup, they basically took his report, ignored it and made something up.

The single thing that will sort FIFA out is for the sponsors to pull out, the only way that will happen is if people complain/boycott them directly.

But 2 of them are against Liverpool so there's that.

edit - I make it 7 for both of us, unless I've counted you lot out of something (4 league, 1 fa cup and 2 league cup).
