I can understand them being banned from buying players, but isn't the ban on selling a player a restraint on employment? If someone submits a transfer request what do they do?

I found that story doubly amusing after talking to a Barca fan at dinner last night, who was determined Mourinho's mindgames were cheating and not in the spirit of the game.

Obviously my priorities are different (ANYONE but Arsenal kthx) but Liverpool have done it the "right" way and they are playing some pretty delicious football right now. It's now Liverpool > City > Chelsea > Arsenal for me. Yes the 'pool fans are going to be intolerable afterwards but it won't last, I don't think.

And I'd like to think you have quite modest Liverpool fans on this forum as well. Luckily for you when we win PL next time!
