Well, reliably getting the ball to our striker has been one of our biggest problems so far, so if it needs changing then AVB needs to change it. He is very stubborn sometimes (he rarely ever makes substitutions until halfway through the second half, even if it's obvious that it's required).

He blows hot and cold really. I wouldn't write him off yet but he does appear to suffer from the Englander a little bit in internationals.

He is on the list of names now though so its not like he has to bother trying, he will get picked regardless.

Decent game in the end, disappointing that we delivered pretty poor set pieces all night. Lallana and Townsend look good options wide though, just need to give players like Barkley more gametime as well.

Not a great performance. Wilshere and Cleverly looked so promising earlier in the year but have looked really average this season. I like Lallana but don't think he's good enough yet either sadly.

At least Townsend looked good. He's the clear choice out on the right now.

Wilshere has been absolute garbage for England recently. Lallana played his way into the squad imo. Probably just a squad player but no doubt he is one of the top 23 players in the country.
