I already pointed it out... Glen!
I was in too much of a rush to be a helpful bastard man. And today, the North triumphs! Spuds had no chance anyway, got against this guy:

"Tim Krul made 14 saves in this game, the most by any Premier League keeper in a single game since 2006/07."

I'm in love with this guy tonight, watching the second half again just for him.

Spurs could really use a game changer for situations for like that. Someone like Gareth Bale maybe.

Seriously though, I don't see why AVB won't start Lamela. Townsend has gone back to being a one trick pony and Lamela desperately needs prem minutes to get going. He was fantabulous against Sheriff on Thursday. Eriksen got a bit of a bashing from the commentators yesterday but he created more chances in that game (9) than any other prem player this season so far.

So Man Utd v Arsenal. Appalling first half, took Arsenal 50 mins to wake up. They could not string 3 passes together. The lack of commitment in chasing the ball and players down was evident with crap defending all around. Man Utd deservered the lead. Second half I thought we were unlucky not to equalise. Three crosses in by Sagna towards the end were worthy of goal. No surprise that Bendtner could not get on the end of them.

On the subject of the self appointed "best player in the world", great quote in the Guardian:

http://www.theguardian.com/football/2013/nov/10/nicklas-bendtner-leave-arsenal

"I am training far more seriously [now] than I have ever done in Arsenal. I am in the process of building myself up so that I become this strong machine, this perfect product to sell. I want to start as strongly as possibly in my next club."

Begs the question why he not train as hard for Arsenal. Also reinforces why he has to go.

He is crap, nothing is going to change that since his ego is still leading him.

From what I seen/heard they were just criticising his set pieces, which were awful :p

They did pick up a bit towards the end, but quite a lot were dreadful :p

(Thank fuck btw!)

Tbh Eriksen isnt looking his usual self, he is clearly struggeling with sime confidence/adaption issue.
it's been a bit of an issue when he plays for the Danish side as well.

But I do think that he's been given abit of an unfair treatment in the media, and to some extent by AVB.
C.E is the type of player that really feeds of and shines when his team mates move/run into pos or overlap etc.
if you watch the first game,or f.exp. second half of the last game. The dynamics on the side was far better, and
C.E was able to get the space he needs to shine. So yeah imo Holtby is better when TotH. play at a slower pace, but
C.E is world class material when they widen the play and up the pace.

All it boils down to is the fact that he's a fucking shit player.

Bendtner is a victim of his own repeated foot-in-mouth syndrome. He might not be a top 4 club player, but a shit player? Not even close..

He would do well at a club of his level.

I would welcome him at Northampton Town.

His main problem is himself. He thinks he's far better than he actually is.

Who was he supposedly signing for before Arsenal said he couldn't go? "Three clubs wanted me" sounds very much like agent talk to me.

It's only exceptional players like Saurez or Rooney (not that I think he's exceptional!) that can get away with being dicks to their club/fans.

Frankfurt was hinted at in may blogs and reports. If he was half the player he thinks he is there would be no issue :)

Actually, I think it's the fans being dicks.

Arsenal were going to sell him. He was just being honest. The fans don't want him anyway and boo him but when he talks about leaving they get all pissy and upset :)
