Even if that were to happen (and I don't think it will), I really don't see why a club like RM would go for Bale when they could sign pretty much any player on the planet they want so long as that player doesn't play for Barca. Still, it's be entertaining if they do sign him because he'd get found out quicker than Eric Djemba Djemba.

Mark Clattenburg will be fourth official for Spurs v West Ham on Sunday and will referee Southampton v Norwich on Wednesday.

Arsenal announce £150m, five-year deal with Emirates. Contract includes shirt sponsorship until 2018 and stadium naming rights to 2029.

So '4 from 12' will be the mantra of the next few years.

Lovely.

I know most ignore Liverpool-related lark, but I felt this was a nice touch by the Young Boys fans last night.

Well most fans aren't complete cunts, but in reality the complete cunts always make more of an impact which is the same as anything.

What does he say in that other than Chelski are a "top side" and that they can fight for trophies and it's a great challenge and he's really pleased?

As for no problem working with Abramovich - he had to put up with Gillette and Hicks not talking to each other. At least at Chelski it's easy - win or be sacked.

Interesting one in our game. Szcz slid out of the area and touched the ball, it looked like he tried to pull him arms away and if it had not been so wet he would of stopped in the area. The ref looks to have shown some common sense and did not send him off or book him. It was a smart choice given the conditions.

32 Ismail (77'>) - 8 - This is what we have needed since the start of the season

32 Ismail (77'>) - 8 This lad looks a class above league 1 TBH, why he isn't in Wolves's side goodness knows.

32 Ismail (77'>) - 7 need to see more of him, looks very good

32 Ismail (77'>) - 7 - Wow.... How good could this kid end up being? I rarely give more than a 6 for a 20 minute runout but I'll make an exception after the way he creamed their poor hapless left back. This is the kind of player you're happy to fork out the dosh to go and see - excitement on a stick. Can he start against AFC instead of Balanta please Mr. Robinson?

ZELI!!

Whoo, getting him ready to join the first team in Jan!

Oh and as for a lovely whine. Glad to see Stale is weeding out Micks boys, some of them yesterday were a fucking disgrace and it's quite clear Stale has had a whisper in the ear and kindly told them that they'll be fucked off in January.

Good riddance SEB, Ward, Stearman, Edwards, Berra, Foley and all the other lot of Micks' dross. Credit to Doyle however for not becoming one of Micks' boys. I enjoy the fact he exposes them for the limited players they are, no more 'arms around ya pal' love-ins at Wolves.

I can't wait for January, our Academy is currently walking all over League 1 (Jake Cassidy.. :D), get them back in Jan with O'Hara/Boukari/Pezcko/Margreitter back from injury we have the nucleus of an exceptional side. I'd like to see McAlinden go out on loan however, though he is currently raping the reserves (and looked a class above for NI U21s against England U21s).

Its good that your youngsters are getting experience in league 1. It will stand them in good stead when your whole team is playing there next year. Great foresight by the boss.

Is this what we have to look forward to under Benitez? I'm absolutely bored to death. :(

Can't you nearly go bust again?

It was more fun when your ground was empty :(.

How long does Torres have left on his contract? Surely Chelsea can't keep starting him.

He's got bloody years left, not as if anyone would buy him from us with the wages he'll be on. Now we've got a new manager we can expect to see him start and finish every game for the next couple of months, just as he'd finally been dropped.:(

Well if you believe that RDM was shit canned for refusing to start him against Juventus as is reported, then yes I can see him starting for a long time to come.

Makes sense to me as well Abramobitch wants his £50m toy to play RDM says no so he is gone in the morning and the manger that got Torres to play his best football in the league is put in charge.
