Really pleased for Sunderland, their two signings this week are great and a sign of the club's ambitions. Seems fairly humourous, albeit in a black kinda way, that Bent left Sunderland for Villa pointing at the players we had that could create chances for him (Ashley Young and Downing), and now Sunderland have all the creative power and Bent regularly plays for 90 minutes without touching the ball.

We need some players brought in and a different style, the tippy tappy against West Ham was incredibly dull. Hoping for a better game at our place today but Everton are no mugs and will be full of confidence after the Man United game. Not full of confidence but it's the first game of the season at our place and the atmosphere should be great.
