They state that Terry's slur was intended as an insult, but not a racist one. They say the events of Terry's court defence is highly unlikely to the point where they don't believe a word of it. They have also criticised Ashley Cole's evidence as being highly unreliable and likely to be lies. Cole has since tweeted abuse regarding this statement, so it's possible we may never see him play for England again.
