Another question! I keep reading about Liverpool to sign Allen, which imo would be a good signing. But what happened to this agreement between Liverpool, swansea and Rodgers about no poaching for 12 months?

Two stories about this. Firstly if another team declares an interest then he is allowed to make a counter offer.

The second is that Allen has a clause in his contract stating that if a "big team" comes in for him Swansea have to let him decide. So Allen might be pushing the transfer himself rather than Liverpool chasing.
