FA should of sorted it like the Suarez thing and it should never have made it to court. Also spoke about not hearing anything, and if he spoke to the police that's probably what he is "in trouble" for.

There is a difference between a witness for the case talking about it and a random on the Internet. I do not know if it illegal for witnesses to talk to the press over here. It is just more likely than him expressing an opinion being the reason. *

I forgot that Capello is leaving anyway in July... who is going to replace him? I'd say Harry Redknapp is the best choice but I don't think he'll accept yet.. he has built something really nice with Spurs.
