Yep "earning a penalty" not exactly great sportsmanship but I seem to remember the BBC reporting a Premiership Manager chewing out a striker for staying on his feet and missing when he could of got a penalty. I want to say it was Big Sam but that might be unfair.

When I pick any player their performances drops off the edge of a cliff. So I'm not picking RvP for the good of everybody else.

If the Ox keeps playing like that he will start to stake a claim for the Left Wing in the Euros, with Young being a bit quiet recently (is he even back yet?). It is hard to say he should go after the early Theo call up but the Ox is actually putting in some performances.

Err no, terrys casd is not clear cut, you are comparing chalk and cheese. Gerrard was clearly guilty, his lawyer got him off, what about that can you not understand?

Personally I hope he does, in fact I would rather a load of the younger players were used. Least it gives them some early experience and if they lose then it was for a purpose rather than having the older more experienced players go there and lose for no reason at all.

You'd be furious if one of your players was not awarded a penalty in those circumstances. Yes the attacker "bought" it, but the defender was stupid in the extreme and just invited it by waving his foot aimlessly about. Fully expect we'll give a handful of those away this afternoon...
